King County homelessness agencies activate emergency response plans amid heat wave 

A % of people that are homeless because they're just down on their luck or have disabilities and there's a % that don't want to work. One group deserves help and the other does not. You need to make a distinction because enabling the bad group actually makes the problem worse.

Stop with the "neighbor's" nonsense. My neighbors pay taxes. My neighbors have jobs. My neighbors don't do drugs and don't prey on the weak.

Many of them are unsheltered by choice.
