Toronto, Ontario - The largest city in Canada and the 4th largest city in North America.
Toronto’s population is projected to increase by more than 100,000 people a year for the foreseeable future. This means that the Greater Toronto Area is currently suffering a housing crisis. Developers are racing to supply the growing demand for housing.
Of course, this has lead to a building boom in the GTA, which has lead to the city taking the crown of King of Cranes.
The Toronto skyline has changed dramatically in the last 20 years and will change even more in the next 20.
Here is a look at 10 of the top developments for the GTA, proposed or currently under construction, in no particular order...

It's nowhere near a super tall, but Studio Gang has a pretty unique plan for One Delisle that I'm pretty excited for.

Jas, As a Torontonian, I have to admit it is all so exciting. I love all the changes, and the international feeling of our wonderful city. I was born here, but have lived all over the world. We are finally starting to feel like a real world class destination.

@@adad-ec6ht london and paris are crappy old city , toronto is way modern and developed

@@honestboy2573 Not at all, Canary Wharf of London has way more modern and better-looking skyline than Toronto. London has OLD and NEW parts. Also, Paris has La Defense which is way more modern than Toronto. The buildings are modern and richer. Toronto buildings are straight blue condo glass that are cheap as fuck. Don't even compare.

@@adad-ec6ht entire london has about 15to 20 skyscrapers. toronto has more than 500 skyscrapers , london is compared to small village of canada. People from england and france come to Canada for work .

Just saying... The One at Bloor and Yonge you used early renders obviously not how its turning out. at 6:43 you included an image of a proposed casino... it was nixed by the city.

Roots will penetrate the structures and cause instability. If there is a way to do it, they'll do it. They'll have to in order to keep the cities cool

One refers to the address. 1 Bloor St. West. 1 Yonge St. It's always best to be #1.
