LOVE this canned mackerel. Was hoping for a recipe how to make less expensive canned mackerel taste similarly. Definitely this is my favorite canned fish product. I just eat it straight out of the can. I wouldn't add ANY other flavors to it -- it's soooooo good as is! About 3 cans a week would give a person all the omega-3 they need for the week, from what I understand.
Oh, yes ma'am, this is some good quality Canned Fish. I wouldn't know what to do about a recipe to duplicate this Canned Fish, I would just keep it simple and just keep doing what you're doing. I just had this for dinner with steamed string beans. I bumped into this video googling "can I eat canned fish everyday"🫣 I promise you this is thee best tasting fish in a can I have ever tasted! Flavorful and hearty
