I live in KW and I've never been to KST but I booked a reservation for valentines day to have a 10 course tasting menu and I am beyond excited!

This restaurant is DEFINITELY a Must! The atmosphere is so welcoming, the new decor is so comfortable and the super friendly servers are so helpful with suggestions. With each course and each bite your mouth will pop with flavour that you have never recognized before! This. is by far our favourtie place to go to enjoy every morsel.

This is my favourite restaurant and love the focaccia as well! Always a fun dining experience with amazing service!

Parking is never a issue DT waterloo, parking right behind and across the street from the restaurant

From Waterloo area. Love King Street Trio. We now live north of Fergus and if you want another place to try, Tapavino in Fergus is a quaint little restaurant on the main street that you should try. As the name suggests, they serve Tapas and wine.

I'm just starting the video but have always wanted to try this place out. And I've been in Waterloo Region since late 2013. Restaurant idea's: East Side Mario's (amazing waiter service there), Mel's Diner on Westmount for breakfast meals, State & Main on Fairway Road, The Lancaster Smokehouse I've heard is good, also Golf's Steak House & Seafood.

Oooo, these are great suggestions, Sabrina. We've been to the Waterloo East Side's with the kids a number of times when in the city for shopping, but have not tried any of of the other ones you mentioned. Will have to try them out - thank you!

@@JennLeast you're very welcome. Another one that I've been to that is budget friendly I found was, The Pub on King. It's on the corner of King Street and Bridgeport with parking in behind it however I believe it's meter parking.

@@JennLeast I love the ladies at Mel's Westmount location. I've gone so often that they know my order as soon as I walk in lol I had started going there once a month as a treat myself day for breakfast while I was pregnant with my daughter I placed for adoption. So, these awesome ladies would ask about the pregnancy and my daughter now and I'd always show off a picture or two from a visit.
