Something: Vs. Data Vanitas with style, but you must do little damage before his DM. Use Dark Form's Barrier and Counter Blast in the DM exploit. Boy, Vanitas would realize how Sora can DARKNESS him more than he can do to Sora.
Man, seeing the details of his moves/seeing them in action makes me wish I can survive these fights for more than 10 seconds without screaming for my dear life.
Did it accidentally with Ultimate Form. I just got this feeling that something bad is about to happen based on how much damage I've done so I spammed attack and whooops. Never let him DM me ever again

I'm making a video on an attack skip glitch/mechanic that I have been able to recreate with a couple weapons. I think 2:15 might be an example because you go from the 4th attack of Double Form into the 6th attack of Twin Yo-Yo's. Could I use your clip while crediting and linking back to the video, the first and only time I pulled it off in a boss it was not in my favor.
Here is how it works (If you don't know it already) The reason it skips from the 4th double form attack to the 6th Twin Yo-yo attack is that there are other rules about combo count which is "Finisher count". Like how if base Sora has 6 combo count, with none finisher ability equip he will only do one default finisher, mean 1 Finisher count with 5 normal attack count left. but with Speed Slash/Triple Rush and Magic Flash/Last Charge each at one more Finisher count, at max it's 3 Finisher count and 3 normal attack count. A few weapons have more than one finisher count. Shield, Staff, Yo-yo, Blade, Spear, and Flag have 2. Second, Light/Dark, Double has 3 Ultimate has 5, but operate on different rule kinda (I don't even know). If sora used Finisher 1 and switch to other weapons. The next move will be finisher 2, if that weapon doesn't have finisher 2, it will be finisher 1 instead. same with 2 to 3
Trueblade Seeker Thank you, this means it is not what I found. Though, I will be able to add what you’ve given me to a guide I’ve writing. What I’m working on is a way to skip one attack during a Keyblade switch. For example, I’ve gotten the first two hammer attacks to follow up into oathkeeper’s zantetsuken without the radial blast in the middle. I’ve found a couple examples, quirks, and potential applications, but I’d like it if I could work with the community to make it a consistent mechanic. I have part one of the video scheduled to upload in the afternoon with the information I’ve gathered.
Nice. His DM is really annoying for me. I’ve dodged it completely a few times but I’m just very inconsistent. Luckily, if you’re good you basically never have to see his DM since you can just stop him lol.
I failed one time to stop the DM so i tried use simba but ended up using ralph. Apparently ralph last for more time so unlike simba you can actually survive the entirety of the DM without using the epilogue
Using any Link to try to cheese the DM only gets you instantly killed when the Link ends. At least on Critical without maxed levels. It's not that hard to survive normally though as long as you have MP and a Situation Command like Curaza or Rage Form, and you can even use items between some of the waves.
@@CaptainFalcoyd that's the point. Ralph epilogue comes after vanitas ends his DM so you can stop the summon when he stops the DM (and he doesn't attack you) having time to use a potion with a shortcut
