Yea that's a much better idea, the difficulty curve confuses me a bit, I'm never sure when to move on from an island. I'm on day 150, cleared 3 islands but I'm yet to even set foot on the 5th one. I fear I've left it way too late and I'm in for a world of hurt...
They really messed up with Gem management in this game. It is really anti-fun in my opinion. You MUST reset campaign or reload the game anytime you lose your gems. Losing them are literally game breaking, which is why it is a bad design. Also, a lot of angry customers got locked out of progression; because no where in the game does it say losing these can lock you out of progression. How do you know that you need to restart a campaign after losing gems?
@@gachakris2924 i do agree but it also makes it so you want to play safe so you don't lose your gems- The more punishing it is the more fun it is at least thats my opinion xD

Honestly, I'm a little kingdom-ed out, wanna try some other games. Thought about bad north but there's not too much to cover there, more likely gonna look at children of morta and star renegades when that comes out. I may come back to the previous kingdom games in the future, but not for a little while, and I'll still make two crowns videos when there's new content or for things I haven't covered yet, plague island video next
I'll add it to the list, though there's no specific details on how the lighthouse works so it wouldn't be totally accurate, or may take a while to look into it myself
Wait, you said if i keep the gem on the stone coffin then it'll be saved after reset? Is reset also refers to death? If that's the case then: Can i get gems on an island then reset to get them on earlier islands??

It'll be a lot more difficult without gems, not impossible, but probably not as fun. If it's your first (or nearly first) playthrough then you may benefit from continuing on so you can get used to the game some more before restarting. But if you feel like you've learnt a lot from this playthrough then it may be worth starting again. Either way I'd recommend starting again when you feel comfortable to do so.
It depends, if they were picked up by the greed before you lost your crown then you should be able to get them back by destroying the cliff portal on the island you lost them on, but if they were still on the floor when your crown was taken then you won't be able to get them back.
