Japanese: What more can I say? English: Not bad. Not bad at all. French: Like a supervillian Italian: Genuine insanity Spanish (Spain): Hmm... not bad, but can be improved. Spanish (Latin America): Rough start, but definitely sounds evil. German: 4th place for me. Russian: You. Had. One. Job. One. JOB. Korean: Joker would be proud, that's for sure. Portuguese: Okay, english dub. Move aside, that's second to the Japanese dub.
The french laugh sounds so... French. Seriously, I hear that laugh and all I can think of is light with a beret, a striped black and white shirt, a red scarf and a handlebar moustache.
I'm sure the Italian version is better to hear and sounds more demonic, but the Brazilian version is very underestimated and I think it's because the timbre of the Brazilian voice actor sounds like Woody's American voice actor

The Italian one sounds like he starts crying, the French one sounds like a true evil villain, the Castillian Spanish sounds badass, the German one sounds like he's just crazy, the Korean one is nightmare fuel, the Portuguese one is also like he should be in a looney bin. All of them are creepy...
Flavio Aquilone (italian version) was just 18 when he dubbed it. And he tried it only ONCE?! Seriously, the italian is the best, and i'm not saying this just because i'm italian, this is the truth. (Not to mention that we are the best voice actors in the world) I wrote it right??

Flavio wins sorry but everyone knows it..Italy has the best Kira laugh that broken sob..to the pure evil to complete insane..to calm..Flavio pulled a miracle out of handy dandy note book with that laugh. What he did can be called Masterful..
Japanese- 9/10 great overall English- 8/10 i was a dub watcher but this doesn't touch some of the other languages on here French- 6.5/10 not much to say, it gets the job done Italian- 11/10 self explanatory Spanish 1- 7.5 not bad at all Spanish 2- 6.5/10 same as french German- 7/10 kinda sounds like Goofy lol Russian- 1/10 ??? Korean- 9/10 honestly think this one is underrated, super maniacal Portugese- 8/10 bout on par with the english dub, if not slightly better
Japanese, English, French, Italian, Latin Spanish, German, Korean & Brazilian Portuguese have got the most amazing laughs! Castilian Spanish wasn't that bad but could have done better but the Russian one was so disappointing!
Japanese trumps all, for a change. English was actually pretty good. French was rather lame. Italian sounded like crying in the beginning, but afterwards it was very good. That's all I'm gonna blab.
