This, Quiet Forest, and the observatory theme from Majora's Mask are the deepest music I've ever heard in a game. This just gives me an enchanting winter theme like nothing else;themes of happiness, love, innocence, and freedom. This soundtrack makes you feel like a kid again. Just so much....atmosphere. This soundtrack really creates it's own world. I've never really seen anything like this since. They give me feelings of really early childhood, despite not even playing this game as a child. It just sparks a certain emotion, an emotion that you can't really describe clearly, but it's like this whole other dream world from your early childhood that evokes vibrant, pre-school style colors that really engulf you in this view of the world you had in the earliest days of your life, a view you can only open up again in the realms of your mind. You can call it nostalgia, but it's more interstellar, psychedelic, and other-worldly than anything else.
this song is so amazing this is, hands down, the best overworld theme in this game i know i said that in rock star, but this is even better somehow... i love this song so much

Sometimes I wonder whether Kirby has something similar to Pyrovision - he sees everything as a cutesy pastel world with happy creatures, when in reality things may look quite different. What would Shiver Star look like with normal vision?
When Kirby goes from a cute platformer into a melancholic post apocalyptic scenario... So glad they made a whole game out of that idea with Kirby and the Forgotten Land! I Love my Fallout, Dark Souls, NieR, The Last of Us etc etc games but Kirby put a new spin on it
The 2nd best winter theme in Kirby. A very close second honestly. Rainbow Resort will always be number 1 for me. But man is this song beautiful. Always creeps into my mind when it’s cold out or I see Christmas decorations. 👌🏻
this song reminds me of when i was a kid and i had gotten this game for christmas. every morning before school i would play it and this star was my favorite section of the game, especially the mall level. all the colors and life scattered throughout the world, it really comforted me especially when things started to go bad in my life. despite the game being so short, i spent hours exploring this star as it snowed right outside the window behind the tv. ill never forget it and this song, along with quiet forest, are the songs of my childhood. this game made child me appreciate atmosphere in videogames rather than gameplay. i miss it so much and this game will always be one of my favorite games of all time.
Today starts winter in my country so is good to hear it but still is disturbing that the world of this part is literally the earth in a cold apocaliptic look theories say it was a nuclear and robotic ending
Am I the only one to NOT think that humans were the ancients (or at least the scientific half of the ancients)? Ancient artefacts are just too different from what we see in Forgotten Land but what we see in Forgotten Land is similiar to what we see on Shiver Star. My theory is that the humans escaped the Forgotten Land with the help of Fecto Forgo and moved to Shiver Star where they became victim of Haltmann stealing all of the planet's ressources.
Adeline is probaly not a human so if this is earth then Adelaide wouldent care although i am curious who is running the evil factory we dont really know
