The question is who would he land on? Lots of good choices in there (i guess the standard route could be kirby and some other characters are fighting a kirby final boss, then morpho fakes it out as the real reveal as well)
@@xxbuttmanxx4383 It's kinda simple. Sephiroth took Galeem down, so Morpho would take Dharkon. Which now that I think about it would be a kinda cool shot. The being of darkness being consumed by a burning light and in the center of said light is Morpho Knight.

So it turns out Galacta Knight isn’t actually half of Morpho Knight after all, it was just a coincidence that they’re both knights, which made it _look like_ the butterfly fused with Galacta

@@RogelioALoya I don't remember where I found the information, but a remember reading that Morpho Knight is indeed the Butterfly'true form, but in order for it to transform into the Knight it must first absorbed/"judge" the souls of very powerful beings(for example: Galacta Knight and Fecto Forgo)

@@Raphlog The Galacta Knight stuff isn't canon, so right now he only really has Elfilis' power, and even then, Chaos Elfilis seems to indicate that they took it back.

This is technically the first time canonically we’ve seen Morpho absorb someone so who knows? It gets a bit confusing what with the boss fights against them and Galaxy’s being what-ifs instead of canon
Now I'm just imagining a scene if Morpho Knight ever became an Echo Fighter for Meta Knight in Smash Bros, where Meta and Sephiroth are having a clash together, and as Sephiroth is charging this big magic attack, the Butterfly suddenly lands on the tip of his long sword. Then as both Sephiroth and Meta stare at it for a brief moment, Sephiroth suddenly fades away and reforms Morpho Knight
I remember hearing a cool theory from Meteorz (before FL even came out) that since Morpho absorbed Galacta Knight, the "Aeon Hero", Morpho has the ability to hop timelines. "It doesn't matter if the events with [Galacta Knight] are canon... they're canon *to him.*"
yk what would be cool? since it says that galact was sealed away from time and space maybe the butterfly absorbing him happened in another timeline so whenever the butterfly comes back galacta also comes back and fights him (this happening in a meta knightmare kind of sub-game)

You know how powerful Kirby use Morph Knight Sword, deal high damage and can heal Kirby Health, that butterfly must be want to absorb Kirby power since the beginning Kirby Return to Dreamland
My theory is that the morphofly has been trying to absorb Kirby from the beginning but it can't. So it just follows Kirby and his pals around to find powerful beings that it can absorb to take its full form as Morpho Knight.
Dunno about you, but I felt this game was super easy in general compared to most of the 2D entries. Figured the big open arenas without many attacks just filling the screen had a lot to do with it. Robobot and Star allies final end game bosses had some really tricky moves, meanwhile I found that this game had relatively few attacks that you could not avoid by simply jumping and hovering. Especially Fecto Elfilis had some moves that were painfully easy to dodge. Welp, this was their first proper 3D Kirby game, and they did a fantastic job making everything while keeping the simplicity of kirbys moveset intact.
@@bok4822 I dunno man, a lot of the bosses took advantage of the size for the arena, like Primal Dedede's Icicle attack- Hell, Elffilis specifically has a spear for that reason. If you're referring to Robobot and Star Allies' *main* endgame bosses, that I'm surprised you're saying that as they generally have the same amount of difficulty as Forgotten Land's.

I wonder if Morpho is related to Galacta in any way. They're both knights and if Galacta got sealed in a crystal because of it's power, then maybe Morpho got sealed in the body of a butterfly?
it's thought that Metaknight might be the same species as Kirby , so maybe Morphoknight is the same, but Meta can't do the whole eat thing to us there power so maybe Morpho's power is like a grown up Kirby

Part of me wonders if HAL is preluding Morpho Knight’s role in future Kirby titles with his appearance in Forgotten Land. I think this is the first time the extra content outside the main story where it all actually canonically happened. Most of the “extra” stuff outside the main story mode in every Kirby game prior seem to be alternative stories where yes the characters are real, but the events that take place aren’t, least in most cases anyway I think, could be wrong. So since Kirby actually canonically fights Morpho Knight in Forgotten Land, what does it mean?

So, the theory about Morpho being Galacta and the butterfly fused together is out of the window, that means that Galacta could canonically show up later together with Morpho, and maybe they team up, or fight each other, what do you think?
Morpho Knight committing people to have Lepidopterophobia (Fear of butterflies.) I am a Kirby fan but I am alright with the butterfly. In fact Morpho Knight is one of my favs.
Yknow, i never fight this guy since I'm not much of a Kirby fan, this was my first time and... It wasn't that hard. Sure, he's annoying but I beated him without dying. Maybe just because it's in 3D now?
@@EmikaYamane7521 we never were feared of his difficulty. This butterfly was there since so many kirby games were he lands on kirby had after every endscene while he was knocked out. The theory was that he was always sawing us. But it looks like instead he tried to ubsorb kirby. Which really hurts after being betrayed by 2 other characters. And he basically is the grimreaper of the kirby universe.
