1:48 that's in a way a callback to heaven's feel where Kirei had a flashback about his wife and he stated that he was sad that she died but not because of the fact itself that she died but that he wasn't able to kill her himself.......

You mentioning the number of times kirei's name was said reminds me of a fansub for fate/extra last encore that literally had a counter on top of the screen whenever red saber says "umu", the umu counter...
