@@ivopintotuga im a fan of track and field. I love to see competition. There are Americans who who have used drugs that is obvious. (Knighton among others) I just say if we are going to cheat then let everyone cheat. It's just "Kushane" is just to obvious! We just want our countries to win so bad we are willing to lie to ourselves and overlook, again, the obvious. I've ran AAU, Highschool and College Track. I've coached Track and was a personal trainer. I know what I see!
Apparently his mom’s was a sprinter who didn’t get to the top of the game, but lawd look at the national gift she produced! The sprint gene got passed on to her son, love it !!
If their is anyone who have a short at equalling UB records or beating it , yes it's this young man. The world is in anticipation of seeing him run in Paris.
When Lyles won his world championship, where were they? Seville was in that final and didn't even medal. Thompson was nowhere to be seen. It wouldn't be a big surprise if either of them could beat him since they are both 100m specialists but they'd never get within half a second at 200m on their best day
@@user-ce1tm6qd3t just watch Lyles whoop him again. He whooped him last year at the worlds and Lyles wasn’t even fully healthy so bring it! Everyone runs fast times in hot humid Jamaica but that won’t happen in Paris. Guarantee it. You all talk too much hype. It’s hilarious
@@andrewmotowski2976 so wait... All these fastest men in the world (four of whom are Jamaican) are a fiction of our imagination? Bear in mind also that the most of the fastest times in the world in the 100m were run out of Jamaica. So I am confused.
I am a srilankan . I always waiting for jamaican sprinting victories . Bolt, blake and asafa are my favorite athletes . Surely Kishane Thompson will run undetr 9.70 s in this olympic.
Jamaica always shine at the right time : the Olympics Hope someone will be able to come close to the incredible Bolt, entertain and perform the world like he did 💪💪💪
There is a very strong possibility Noah Lyles will NOT even get a 100m medal in this year’s Olympics, with Thompson, Omanyala and Seville at 9.77, 9.79 & 9.82 respectively.
@@SpannaBanna-e4e That is possible. We shall see. With a number of people having recently run 9.82 or better, Lyles is in serious danger of not medaling, especially given the fact that his POB is 9.83.
Easy money. He is world leading for a reason. 9.77 finals spot in Olympics sealed. He has the big man power and is scary out of the blocks... he gon surprise with an amazing 9.6 for gold.
@@TJRDoss 😂🤣🤣He may not make it out of the 1st round of heats. It will be cooler and less humid in Paris. He won’t come near what he ran in hot humid Jamaica. His form is tight and jerky, not smooth like Bolt. Until he actually does something and win a world championship or Olympic gold he’s done nothing yet. Nobody will remember the Jamaican Olympic trials. People remember what you do at the Olympics and World Championships
Yeah, me too. He had a strong finish in that 9th lane a while back, reminded me of yohan Blake when popped on the seen in 2011 at world champion and won from the far lane after usain bolt false start.
No conclusion about who's gonna win the gold medal at Olympics yet, until the race is done, because anything is possible... just like we saw it right now....
Noah's got to have a successful start coming out of the blocks to win concentrate on a surprise attack coming out of the blocks first for the win. Good luck Noah I'm voting for you for the win. Good luck and God Bless I'll pray for you to win The Gold. Pray about it Noah and God will do the rest. Use the element of surprise!
Once he got out of his drive phase it was like he hit a different gear! That was ridiculous and technically he’s still not clean! Still need to clean up his form!
This was a pure 9.6s run if the guy had continued with the same energy to the end and not slowed down from the 70-100mtr mark. He clearly needs to not make that mistake in the Olympics if not, lyles would capitalize on that as he's well known for his "Crazy Closing runs" If he keeps this form and focus on running through the track rather than watching his time in the Olympics, we might be seeing A NEW CHAMPION
one of the most important things about sprinting is running loose and free its easy running carefree in your own backyard vs ppl who are not a threat lets see how everyone runs, away from home, under the pressure of the olympics., with the entire world watching
I don't like sounding like a hater but big events are all about mental fortitude. Bolt was the master of big occasions. He ran fast when it mattered. I won't be surprised if the winning time is not even a world leading time. That's just reality.
They better bring two of everything when Noah hits Paris. Two Kishane’s. Two Sevilles. Two Sherickas. Two Shelly’s.Two Stephen Francis. Two Yohans. Two of everything. Two goats and Two fried bananas.
Noah in has NO Olympic medals to date. In fact NO American man has won an Olympic 100m medal since 2004. No American woman has won a 100m Olympic medal since 2000 with Marion Jones and with t that vacated, no American woman has won a 100m Olympic medal since 1996. So the US has done well at World Champs but at the Olympics no even when THEY were favourites. So it's better not to count chickens. Athletes are usually more up for it an Olympic year than a WC yr so often EVERYBODY brings their A game but for some reason US hasn't over the last TWO DECADES.
@@michaelmaxwell2464technically, that's not entirely untrue. Lamont Marcell Jacobs, Jr. was born at Fort Bliss, Texas USA. Other than Usain Bolt, there hasn't been any other Jamaican 100m Olympic champion and only due Bolt's DQ in 2011, is there a second Jamaican 100m World champion, Yohan Blake. If not for the GOAT of sprinting, the Jamaican global gold medal 100m total would be just the 1 World Championship gold medal gifted to Yohan Blake. Asafa Powell has set multiple world records, is the #4 all time fastest and has the most sub 10 100m times but has zero Olympic 100m medals of any color and only 2 World Championship bronze medals. Similarly, Tyson Gay is tied with Blake at #2 all time for 100m but only has 1 World Championship gold medal, 1 World Championship silver and zero Olympic medals. Fast times before the Olympics aren't a guarantee of making the final, let alone winning a medal, no matter what country they represent. Similarly on the women's side, other than Elaine and Shelly Ann, there are no Olympic 100m champions at all. All of the Jamaican Olympic success at 100m is due to only 3 people. In the 200m, it's just 4.
@@78758nate He is running FOR Italy. The JAMAICANS Donovan Bailey and Linford Christie delivered titles for CANADA and the UK. The JAMAICAN Sanya Richards-Ross who left Jamaica after high school delivered medals for the US. Sandra Farmer-Patrick another Jamaican also delivered medals for you. Inger Miller chose to run for the US rather than her father Lennox Miller's country of birth Jamaica. Gabby Thomas of the US, Dina Asher-Smith of the UK and Sani Brown of Japan have Jamaican antecedents too. However, any medals Gabby and Dina win are counted with US. So yes it is true. Not sure your point but what you have experienced with Jacobs, we have felt several times.

Exactly, the Olympics is serious business anything can happen as they say everyone must show up injury free and in shape not only physically but psychologically, if all the usual suspects (Casablanca) are present and a few new ones expect inches to separate them at the line.
First the timer reads 9.73 and then he is given a 9.77. Why such a large variance between the two times? The timing system should be much more accurate and needs to be looked at.
