Yes, it looked like both Gene and Paul didn't know exactly how to handle the buildup - as if Paul was contemplating diving at the photos to forbid them being seen. They looked really really worried, and couldn't really consult on what to do in real time. 3:00 - The way Paul keeps looking at Gene, like, "Are we gonna let them DO this?" "How do we stop this?" without saying any words, because he knows they're fully on camera... The RELIEF when they saw the baby pics was palpable.
I still have one of those tape recorders and listened to MANY a band through it,used to tape songs off the radio,my first band,etc............Now with The Elder, came probably my most heartfelt, emotional KISS tune,"Odyssey",helped me get through the first really big death in my life,my Grammie Frances, and will ALWAYS put me into another place....I actually ask for that tune to be played at a future funeral, wake, whatever, when and if I ever get outta this place...."Odyssey",huge,huge tune for me.....
"Let me talk". "No, let me talk." "I have something to say." "I know - LET'S ALL TALK AT THE SAME TIME!" This was painful to watch and hear. Only one thing could have saved this interview: DRUNK ACE!
