I miss these guys together. As an original fan since 1977, there's just something about these 4 guys together that none of the other line ups have for me. I'll never forget seeing Kiss at MSG in 96. It was a dream come true. I know these days are long gone but it just sucks that these guys couldn't get along personally. I'm glad it was this line up is the one that made it all happen and ended up in the Hall of Fame. Anyway, no disrespect to any of the other Kiss line ups. RIP Eric Carr.
He is as annoyed as ever. Took less than 5 seconds for the real Peter to show up. Is there any wonder why his request to get ¼ share from this tour was rejected?
@@isaboteur2562 What I think he means is that from this interview (1997) until now (2023), more time has passed compared to when Kiss was formed (about 1972-73) up until this interview. In other words, this is before the half time mark in their career.
I agree ..been a fan since 77' & Peter singing "Black Diamond" made it my favorite heavy "KISS" song. As for ballads no other member including Paul could''ve done justice singing "Beth" or "Hard Luck Woman" Peter may not have wrote them but he owned them making them his signature songs just like Gene singing "God Of Thunder" which was also penned by Paul. I also believe that if they didnt wear the makeup, etc. many more of their songs would''ve charted higher & became radio friendly hits.
Lol all the comments about him chewing gum….he does def chew gum a lot probably helped his anxiety and I think I rember a lot of people in the -70s and 80s doing interviews chewing gun.
Thats right! And they (Peter and Ace) should not have ANY desire to EVER want to be a part of the band! The more distance the better for them. That concept, ......the correct concept, ran it's course 20 plus years ago.
@@stevehedrick2162Bro, have you even been to a KISS concert? It rocks!! With or without Peter and Ace. The current lineup has been together LONGER than with Peter and Ace. 🤘😎🤘
this is the last time they were the real KISS! should have quit while they were ahead instead of being known as one of the many retirement remorse bands
Impostores? A estas alturas dan risa esos comentario,s, je,je si Tommy y Eric son impostores, ace y Peter son traidores a sus principios..je,je ya déjense de cosas cada quien está en el lugar q merece..
