Thank you everyone for liking my comment... I wish I had a Time Capsule so I could transport everyone back to this time...Because our world today is so messed up...Between the shootings, drugs, war, racism, and just hate in general... Our government has gone to hell... I pray for all of us... Let me know what you all think...Thank you...
In July 2024 at 72 years old, this song brings me back to the only time in my life I made a mistake that I would give everything thing I have accomplished to go back and do over the right way.
My friend I'm 57 and I know exactly what you mean...I have made alot of mistakes in my lifetime...I also wish I could change what I have done...If I have learned anything it's forgiveness for yourself and make every new day happy...Whatever makes you feel happy Dive right in with both feet...Much love to you and may God Bless You ALWAYS 🙏 ❤️ 💖 💕
I know exactly what you mean....I too had a very successful career and the girl I loved 53 years ago has never left my heart and mind all these years. Yes, l too would go back in a heartbeat....to do the right thing‼️‼️‼️‼️☺️❤
@@comeggle me Too and Ambrosia's 'How much I Feel.' Still when I listen to it, I am back there, and loving it. These 2 songs wrap up my Greatest Love🤗😁❤️🙃
There's nothing like music from the 60's, 70's and 80's. That was the end of great music, it has nothing to do with the garbage that started after those decades.
Agghhhhh.......1977 driving in my 66 Lincoln, last year of high-school warm weather livin in a beach town with all my friends hunting n down bikinis for some loving. Never ever forget them days
Kudos, to the Midnight Special for putting on amazing talent and showcasing their music 🎶 🎵. I'm so blessed to have grown up watching that show every Saturday night.
I love this song so much and Jimmy Stokely's deep beautiful voice,And he is just so gorgeous ❤❤❤ The first two verses are missing, can you put them back,
Hey dear, I couldn’t help but notice your captivating smile from across the room. It would be a shame to let this moment slip away without saying hello
Stokley was an extraordinary talented singer and entertainer. He is the reason Exile was such a success. They remained very good even after Stokley left, but he was the core with this song. He was good looking, sexy, and had every attribute to be this bands lead singer. We miss you Stokley. 💔🎤
WOW!!! Who knew? First time seeing this beautiful video. Don't you just love seeing talent explode unhindered. Each had their own "style" to create this beautiful song. YAY!!
The Midnight Special, puts on amazing artists and it showcases all kinds of talented groups.I loved watching it. Takes me back to my youth 🎉🎉. Exile is an amazing group
Had the 45 record when it came out. Played it over and over and over again. Of course I had no idea that the singer had long blonde hair and a purple leotard! I was able to catch The Midnight Special and Don Kirshner's In Concert every now and then if I was able to stay awake at that age.
Exile is still playing. Watched a special on KET. 60 years of Exile. They brought Jimmy Stokley out on stage, a clip right before he passed. Wow. Heartbreaking

the time when this came out, the times were so simple. Now I think of the past too often. The future, or what I have left of it, is too dark to think of.
@brianbrown3482 Brian...I don't know what your going through but I can tell you that I know that darkness and I don't like it...Please try to find something that will help you and comfort you...Much love to you and God Bless You...❤
What happened to the music? Junk, garbage today, music with no soul or purpose! Thank God i was born in 53 and got to live through all those awesome bands that people have to google to hear today! It seemed that in the 60s, 70s, and 80s there was a hit song out once a week. Feel sorry for the young people today. Anyways great song by Exile!

*"Música boa não tem prazo de validade."' Enquanto eu existir, eu vou ouvir EXILE . Jimmy Stokler e sua voz ficará gravado eternamente em nossas lembranças. Recordando minha juventude. Boas lembranças. 👏👏👏*
