One of the reasons Kissimmee gets a thumbs up is because, Kissimmee has it's Power Company. Nice low power bills. Although if you live in Saint Cloud, and work in Lake Nona, you can go the side road off 192 that is a direct drive to Lake Nona

what about the insurance raising every year by whatever amount they want.....

Hello! Insurance is definitely a main concern. However both of these cities are mainly in areas with least amount of flooding and risks, which helps significantly with the insurance fees. Blessings!

@@bestpropertiesinflorida HELLO!!!!! so why didnt you state this as a concern, and why dont you add that the new policy states it doesnt matter what type of zone you are in flood or not you must pay flood insurance also period. and why not mention the fees the costs.....ya worst than car salesmen
