Kitchen Aid Mixer Repair and Speed Setting 

Thank you for your time! A little spirit of adventure (can't forget the tech data), a couple of inexpensive parts, time/labor and, Voila!

I have a k45 and took it apart to regrease. I only took apart the necessary things. After putting it back together, it wont work on any speed going up except 10, and when going down through the speeds itll work at 8 and nothing less. Spring is still attached. Any ideas what it could be? It worked before the regrease. I've literally looked at everything and can't figure it out.
