Yay for correlle dishes! They are the best. I have even turned my "grown up" kids onto them, finally. They had to go through the "pretty" plate stage first....but eventually they came around.

Same. We had SO many fiesta plates, but I sold them all to go to correlle. My husband likes these better as the fiesta was too heavy for his arthritis in his wrists.

I just got rid of my "good" dish set and replaced with corelle and loving it. Brings me back to my childhood.

Corralle for the win. One of the best minimalist moves I did. The ones we use the most are the pasta/salad bowls.

Sharing my tip for people who keep their toaster in the cabinet. I store a cake pan in there to put my toaster in and it catches all the crumbs. Just have to dump it out sometimes. I kill two birds with one stone because I have a cake pan of my Grandmothers that I only use once a year so it earns its keep.

I always debate what I want to do next with all my recipes! My binder(s) and random print outs are nowhere near as organized as yours! But - I think the little notes and handwritten pages you have will be really special to your kids one day! Very different then the digital experience!

This is, by far, my favorite video of yours! It was so well done. I always enjoy listening to your thought process throughout the decluttering videos and to now see it come to fruition is amazing. You are running an efficient kitchen and it is delightful to see your uses for the veggie and fruit scraps. Also, love seeing the empty refrigerator before you restock. That's how I roll as well. Very little gets thrown out or wasted. Thank you for the encouragement. Great video!

I really enjoyed this video. It is so nice to see how you use your kitchen and how functional your organisation is. So often we are shown tidy kitchens but not how the person uses it during a day. Also, I always freeze my veggie off cuts in the freezer for chicken or vegetable stock. It has been such a great addition to my cooking.

Whenever looking at a recipe, while cooking. You can take a double sided hanger (like that is used pants) & hold the paper with the recipe on the knob on the cabinet. So, you can’t get the paper dirty that the paper is on. Then, just slide the recipe back into the clear cover & back into your binder. Also, can use a book platform on your countertop.

!!! Caution…don’t plug mixer in until after you put on the attachment !!! The on button might have been bumped and you could get hurt!!! Make it a rule for all appliances😊. Great video…using all your ideas❤

Yeah to broccoli rabb & printed recipes. I keep my KA on the counter too. I keep the attachments in the bowl. Not as many cabinets as you have!

Something occurred to me a third of the way through so I thought I would share (for other viewers too). I wasn't able to eat dairy until I totally reset my gut with a month of carnivore. Food for thought as I heard you mention a family member can't eat dairy.

I have the same Corelle dishes and I love them. I have been having a smoothie everyday to, I’m addicted to them. The kids eating and preparing during the day brought back memories, when the kids were home….😀
