I will show you how to assemble and attach your KitchenAid Food Grinder Stand Mixer Attachment. I'll show you how to grind beef and other ingredients to make my meatball recipe! www.epicuricloud.com/recipe/i...
How clever to grind all the meatball ingredients along with the meat! Here’s a pro tip: if the last ingredient you run through the grinder is the toasted bread, it will force the last bit of the meat on the auger forward to the cutting blade; then when you pull the auger out to clean do it over the bowl before paddle mixing. Thanks for taking the time to post this demonstration!
Could you please do a video on using the pasta press extruder attachment? I've watched your two videos on the rollers and I'm comfortable using them. I had strokes last year and I find some directions hard to follow as my speech/language was affected (healing every day). Your videos are straight to the point and I've no problems following you at all. Thank you for your videos. They are appreciated.
Love your video! The three kitchenaids in the background are making me feel inadequate, though! Wish I could figure out how to get the meat to grind and stay in solid 'strings' like yours did, though.
Hello beauty epicuricloud ! you look like a enjoy grinding foods life (^^)so nice burgers ! I also have a stone mill handmade in Japan. I grind SOBA at home(^^)
I had the attachments of the slicer shredder etc. It was nothing but a big mess. I finally trashed them a few days ago. They were from 8-10 years ago. I have seen on QVC where they finally upgrade them as far as safety concerns.
Yes I do have a question. Is it true that juices of the meat sip into the mixer machine itself?😢 I saw some RU-vid VI was telling about that and it was disgusting and I'm thinking why would kitchenaid make a grinder that would allow blood or meat juices to seep into the machine😭 Please can you answer my question
