My GE Profile microwave blew an internal fuse. I thought about having it repaired, but one look at this unit is all it took. I also realized the GE was over 10years old. How time flies and so does technology.
I love the very low noise, you barely can hear it run. The steam sensor works great and the steam container is a perfect companion. The popcorn microphone feature works pretty good, it left around a dozen unpopped kernels. The 400 cfm is the largest capacity fan in an over the counter microwave and was a must have option as the Kitchenaid stove puts out a lot of BTU. I have not tried out the convection oven portion yet and is on my too do list. There are a few downsides to point out. It is not the most powerful microwave; took a bit longer to warm things up than the GE Profile. The stainless steel is thinner and prone to have dings. I wished they used LED lighting rather than the halogen. The instruction/recipe manual...well there is none. Finally, the "done" chime is very low. Granted these are just nit pickey; overall, the oven is great. Looks alone is worth the price.
