All Snsd choreo is amazing. You dont really get to see it in MVs even the dance versions. This is why I love their live stages especially their tours. The choreo then is just simply amazing.

I believe they called for and selected about 500(?) Japanese female Sones for Love&Girls MV. Galaxy Supernova was pretty much the theme song for the commercial of a Japanese jeans brand, which the girls were endorsing at the time.

The reaction to the sound delay never gets old. It happened to everyone Sone included. I remember when the song dropped and I was so mad because I thought SM messed up on the audio or that my device wasn't working.

Fun fact, Tiffany actually said in an American interview that SNSD is basically Asia's equivalent of the Spice Girls when explaining SNSD's popularity in the East! Also I think these songs are from 2012.

Lol when i first started stanning them, the holy trinity: yuri, seohyun and yoona confuses me the most. Even taeyeon and jessica, but got to differentiate them because of her vocals. They are both main vocals, but they have different tones so its easier to distinguish. Hahaha

Sunny is mi fave :) I don't really like much of their Japanese songs, but for its concept I like Love&Girls the best. It's been fun checking these songs again with your KJourney, with them I mostly hear the same songs I like over and over again, now I'll probably add others to my list.

Yep Flower Power is Sunny song she led the choreo and had the most lines. She also was the back vocalist on this one. Sunny usually gets lot of lines in their Japanese songs. One of the many reason they're my favorite.

For me, this top3 is Galaxy Supernova > Flower Power > Love and Girls. Actually, I think this is pretty indicative of my ranking of their japanese songs in general, with Galaxy Supernova being somewhere in thte top, Flower Power somewhere in the middle and Love and Girls somewhere in the bottom of the list. Even so, Love and Girls performances in concerts some of my favorites to watch since it's an energetic song and all. In Galaxy Supernova the "In the galaxy" parts were Jessica, but Taeyeon and Tiffany also have adlibs :)

You're right about Sunny, she was easy to spot for me too when I started eons ago. Its her cute bunny face so bunny=sunny Galaxy Supernova is a jeans ad. Its a commercial ad for samantha thavasa jeans Flower Power with a premium sound system is just *explodes* I wish Taeyeon could remake this with her heavier and darker sound. I couldnt care less about those squeaky voices from sunny and jessica.

SNSD released a Chinese song called Find Your Soul, you shouldn't miss it! It's a theme song for a game called Blade & Soul. They released a korean version of the song (Soul) on Mr Mr album but the chinese version is better imo

I love Girls Generation 😍😍😊 yes the legends all their japenese songs are sooo freaking good For me : 1- love & girls " the dance is called shower dance " 😂😂😂😂 2- Galaxy Supernova " the one in red pants and in pink dress is Tiffany my ultimate bias " 3- Flower power There are more japenese songs : All my love is for you " has an MV " Devine " has an MV " Karma butterfly " it doesn't have an MV " it's better to do a live performance for it 🔥

I love SNSD's Japanese songs, even though I've gotten a little tired of J-pop itself (for sounding like Ariana Grande on helium). My least favorite SNSD song is the one that, while sung in Korean, is stylistically the most like chirpy J-pop at its worst -- Gee.
