In my van I have a different gas burner but instead of turning the knob full turn to lower the flame, I turn slowly as if to turn it off but don't, I can get as low as a flame as I need this way. Sometimes if I'm to quick it will go out, but it's easy to relight and reset.
Okej, thanks for all your support and input! Well on camper #3 I’m thinking of using a different gas burner actually. Hard to go cheaper but would be nice with all pieces to not come close. Or maybe just use a portable gas stove. Well see! But filming the build was a lot of work.
@@BasinBjorn Funny enough, if I was to fit out any sort of camper I'd probably use two of those little burners that take the cans of gas that cost around £1.00. I've ordered 16 at a time from amazon to get them cheaper. Those little stoves work great as long as your not at really High altitudes or it's freezing. I have a proper oven and two ring hob in my camper but that's how it came. In 3.5 years, I've only used the oven three times so I know I don't need one. Being able to take those potable burners outside and place anywhere is a bonus, plus a few gas cartridges are easy to store along with no gas pipework. You did a great job making the videos 👍 Yes it definitely takes time, I haven't uploaded a video in a long time.
Hi! I'm looking at this stove to install in a van I'm building out. My question is regarding the propane system, is it possible to run this gas stove off of smaller camping propane bottles like ones you can buy from XXL/stadium? Thanks
