@@shafanoor2872 yes, back when they could barely stand one another. After they formed a bond, there was nothing physical or arguably romantic about their relationship. Just a great deal of love support and affection in all they did whether it be marrying someone or starting relationships etc
@@shafanoor2872 They were drunk strangers when Hope was conceived. Then Klaus was as cruel as he was terrified after finding out Hayley was pregnant. I wouldn't exactly call that a recipe for romance. I do think they might've had a chance at being a couple had Elijah backed off a little more but they missed their window for it. Which leads to the point I think @AlizehAli was trying to make; That they realised they worked better as friends & co parents than as a couple.
@@shafanoor2872 They had lust & a one off. But as they grew to know each other Klaus learned to respect her and admire her fierceness. Hayley was a warrior and he loved that. she was his Little Wolf to his Alpha hybrid wolf. For me, he had a thing for true blonds both those women had his heart.

I still cry like a baby. That’s why I can’t see the episode again or finish the rest of the final season of TO. It hurts too much knowing Hayley won’t be there. Trust me. I’ve tried so many times to go thru with it and continue. But I can’t. Tho I did get the spoiler from Legacies that Klaus dies too so I’m dreading that as well.

He came to greatly respect her as a loyal friend and mother of his child. Klaus never thought he could have children. He knows that his daughter is the greatest gift his family has been given in centuries and that she will be the only child any of them have. He loves and respects Haley for giving hope to him.

I have been known to not watch the last episodes of favorite TV series because I don't want to see the end. I did not watch the end of game of thrones for 2 years. I still have not watched avengers endgame because I don't want to watch him die.

I agree with you but I truly believe that Elijah love Haley the most and would have done any and everything for her. People are saying Elijah is a reason that she died of this is not true he had no memory of who she was and you are still damaged when you find out after getting back as memories but because of him she dies.

Even tho Elijah had his memories erased an was the cause of HAYLEY'S dealth to find out he we're the reason klaus couldn't save her he took it so hard wen he finally got his memories back. Actually it was Tatia ( not sure if it was serious serious or just a crush) , Aurora ( first true love) , Camille ( her loyalty and devotion, true soulmate) , Hayley ( platonic soulmate) . And not to mention his sisters. Klaroline was narrative trash . She didn't "show" him anything. He didn't have his eyes opened until he met Camille on thst faithful night thst had him second guessing his lifestyle.

Its crap. He loved 4 women in his life(besides his sisters and daughter). Tatia, Auora, Camille, Hayley(not "love" love but still we know what it was). He never ever was in love with Caroline. It was merely a desire, a curiosity. He saw something in her that he doesn't have. A light, an innocence, a pure heart. Nothing more. If he was in love with her he never would have left after that sex in the woods(in tvd 5×11 i think). Cami was his "the one". Not Hayley, not anyone else.
No Rebekka loved him, even when she was hurt and said she hated him, she still did everything for him, to help him. Elijah only lived up to his „I am a man of my word“ I guess he didn‘t want to come put as a liar that‘s all.

Klaus let hayley get a way with stuff he'd killed others for. He respected her and, in a way, loved her. It wasn't romantic, but it was like he took care of like a sister which is the closest thing I can describe it as because their isn't a word for the bond they had
When you really think about it klaus kinda ran to Hayley to save her but Elijah always wanted Hayley to come to him and klaus referred to her as “little wolf” or “your alpha” or “your queen” also “Hayley” and Elijah only Called her pronouns like “her”or “she” klaus always loved Hayley just not in a sexual way like Elijah
Elijah didn't really love her for her. He loved what he thought she was. He didn't like seeing the darker parts of hayley at times. And if you watch elijah was never the one saving hayley or there when she needed someone the most it was klaus.
Trust I rewatched multiple times and saw elijah judge hayley a lot and try and lecture her. I think he cared but he shouldn't have even went for her in the first place. And this coming from someone who originally was a haylijah fan and watching it more and more Elijah is super judgmental and more problematic than even klaus

He loved her. I don’t know about more than Elijah. He loved her in a different way than Elijah. She was the mother of his child, she was the reason his daughter who gave his life so much love and purpose, was able to exist. He would do anything for her because of that. They were family :)
To be fair, for the earlier question, I don’t think he thought that far. Too busy heading an empire, or at least trying to, and trying to keep his child alive. Give him a minute to think before he speaks.
