Big thanks to Classic Honda 50s Australia classichonda50...
For getting the carb kit here. With the new carb the bike starts up a lot better and is heaps more responsive on the crack of the throttle. I have not changed the jets, it is still the stock ones

Very happy with the carb kit and highly recommend it to some one who owns a klx140.
The only upgrades I have made to the bike is a pro circuit t-6 pipe,a bbr rev box and opened up the air box to get more air.

Got this carb and I’m having trouble with it because the petcock on the gas tank is in a weird spot so the gas is being forced up into the carb so it bogs

@@quinn3722 it should be all right but might have to go a little bit leaner on the pilot and main jets. Probably like a 185 main and 20 pilot or something

Yes it did just had to stretch it over the carb

Question for you mate. When taking off your stock intake manifold, the two screws that go into the head, was yours loctite from the factory? I just broke one and got the other out and it was covered in red loctite, just want to investigate before going to dealership.

Mine is a 2012 and we brought it second hand. I can’t remember seeing any on there but wouldn’t know if the other owner did anything before we got it

I am located in Albury Australia which is 164 metres (538 ft) above sea level. I have now gone to a 20 pilot and 185 main

do you race the 140? new to channel and just got new 23' 140 couple days ago, can't wait to put on mine once tb restocks. what did you do for suspension or do you have video?

I don’t rave the 140 just muck around on it with some mates. I am about 6 foot 3” so a 140 is a good size pit bike for me. For the suspension I brought KX 85 triple clamps, forks and full front brake system which bolts right up. now I have just got to get a shock from tb parts they make a dnm one for the 140

Did you get the carb sorted out? How did you end up with the jetting?

We ended up keeping it at the stock Vm26 jetting 190main 22.5 pilot. Runs super crisp with no popping. We just adjusted the idle screw and air fuel mixture screw a little.

The Vm26 carb kit will improve your klx140 a lot i am very happy with it
