Thank you so much for this video - I wish I had seen it earlier. Several months ago, some idiot's video on RU-vid caught my eye "This 5 minute workout is equal to 45 minutes of jogging". It had quick rounds of burpees, basketballer's side-to-side shuffle, mountain climbers etc. While doing the workout, I felt a strange crunch and shortly afterwards, I felt one knee really sore - I had a torn meniscus. After a lot of so-called remedies I found your channel and did the exercise for torn meniscus and it has been much better. God's blessings on you and your family.
Oh dear, that's not so good. Try limiting the range of movement to see if that helps and any exercise that is closed chain (foot on floor during bodyweight drop), focus on sticking your bottom backwards first before bending the knee.
