This circuit creates the "Knight Rider" light effect.. This project is divided into two parts: the first works with an NE555, that produces a frequency.. while the second part works with a CD4017 IC, which serves to drive the LEDs.The frequency produced by the NE555 goes to the CD4017, which will have a reference time to switch the LEDs. Frequency that can be adjusted by the 470KΩ Trimmer.
