Oh sweet I can use if for a rear light. Thats awesome. So if I want it just for a knight rider light I put it on the front and just hook up the red and black and dont touch the other 3 wires. Thanks for the help man.
Max: can you have the lights not flash,stay a solid color,its illegal here to run flashing lights,so if i see the police i need them to stop flashing. Hope you have time to answer ,need to know before i order. Thanks
Hey man I got one of these but it never came with instructions to install it, can you tell me what I am supposed to hook up the 5 wires to? Black, red, yellow, and 2 greens.
I've jst brought this and I'm unsure what 2 do with the green and yellow wires. I read they r for the turn signals. Y do u have 2 wire them 2 the turn signals. I'm wiring mine 2 a 12v cigarette lighter socket so can I block off the yellow and green?
black to power "-", red to power "+", yellow to brake light "+", 2 green to turning light "+" (you can test first for which is for left and right) thank you
Grenadieros you were right. yes, there is cell battery in the remote control. it can last for years(untested), or you can replace the battery for a new one. :)
Awesome, i got mine at Aliexpress. Just follow the link. Shipment was shorter than expected: only 2 weeks (they said 3-6 weeks) The in feed of the flat cable to the LED's isn't 100% waterproof i put some silicon kit in it and all was fine. My question is does it have an internal fuse??, if not think 1A fuse would be good (10W: 12V = 0.833333A). If Shortcutted your amps will go higher than 0.83A so think 1A fuse will be fine. Would like to see the flat cable to be a bit longer, cuzz i don't like to put little controle box under the hood (It aint waterproof that's for sure, i would say the led strip is 50% waterproof the controle box aint). All and all nice product for the price. im very satisfied. Thumbs up!
I put mine inside a clear hose and silicone on both ends of the tubes. The electronic module I cut out a water bottle and double sided taped it inside. I then taped it inside with the opening part at the bottom or upside down. Now it's completely water proofed😃
@@Azntoo60 How long has yours lasted? Most of the complaints I see about these is they don't last long...but I also see that many don't have a clue about how to mount it in a water-proof manner, either.

It seems you may have gotten one of the same ones I did. Unfortunately, it seems that some of the controllers for the lights do not allow for red and blue alternating. It's disappointing!

Bought 4 all had issues 1st no red 2nd no blue just faint small glow 3rd fully won't flash and 4th flashes but but pattern's and 6 less not working lost 2 customers...
