Thanks Shannon - love that pink on you! So many ideas and beautiful designs always coming out, sometimes it's hard for me too to just stay with a project until it's completed and actually be present and enjoy the yarn and process.
Hi Shannon! VKL will be so fun for you - I love your ideas for the mohair to go with your handspun for the Milton Cardi - something like Aimee's Tang or Flash Fluo or Aimee's Shawl colourways would look so wonderful!! So interesting to see the home renos you are doing, and the things about the old wiring or the fuse box, that you really don't expect that you will have to take care of yourself. Your bathtub brought back great memories for me - no cats in our home now, but at one point we always kept the litter boxes in the bathtub... so convenient and quick for cleanup and also for avoiding tracking the litter all over the place, so nice and contained. Anyway have fun with your new projects and yarn shopping next week. Cheers, Judith 💜
Thank you!! I’m so excited to go and squish yarn and hug folks I haven’t seen in sometime! Those are awesome suggestions!! Thanks! Seriously with this electric, lol! It’s a big expense that no one sees but it’s important. You’re right about the boxes. Clean up is so fast! It’s a bit of an eyesore but I’m used to it now! 😍❤️❤️
Your Joji sweater on the body form is fantastic. The colours are so beautiful. Those colours will totally look good on you. Hope you finish it soon . Your handspun is gorgeous also.
I loved seeing your podcast pop up today. Always feels like we're visiting with you. I think a neutral like dune or is it anemone could highlight the beautiful beach sunset yarn giving it a spring like/ sand like quality for a literal spin haha. Have lots of fun at Vogue! Love the updates. Hope to go someday. You did amazing with your home projects-wow! -kimberly
Oh thank you!! I love that!! Yes, I think sandy colored could be a nice neutral for the handspun. Beige/sand, all those light toned neutrals are so hard to match to each other-- but we'll see what's available! 😍❤️

I love that!! Sounds like you've got an awesome set up! Yes, that little tiled shelf is super handy for my thirsty orchids. I was hoping for blooms this winter, but I think all the changes threw them off. Cheers!! 😍❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yay! Excited to see you soon and do VKL together! A black Milton is on the list and red Solare (need worsted!) Always enjoy your project planning! Lorien
