What a lovely, lovely episode this was, from start to finish (especially the music at the end!). I haven't tried any mosaic knitting so far, but the socks are so so pretty - it's definitely a technique I'll put on my list of things to try out! YEAH!! A finished object! Sorry to hear about your family situation, and I hope it gets resolved soon. But YEAH!! Finished object!! Honestly, I didn't do a 12 cast ons and I finally finished an item at the beginning of April. It was a pair of holiday socks I cast on in 2018. Finally completed! Ends woven in and ready to wear. Now to get ready for Summer Sock Camp. I have two pair that I'm almost done with. I've just finished the heel on both of the 2nd socks. Hoping to get them completed before next weekend. I haven't done the Pressed Flowers pattern, and doubt if I will. There are so many patterns I have ready to go, I could knit for decades and not complete them all!

Just plying up a handspun for the background colour of a pressed flower sweater. The flowers handspun in John Arbon appledore (pigsnout) and the background a grey merino. Love the socks.

I was hoping this was a tutorial. I wanted to learn to knit mosaic using this pattern.

Your socks are lovely! I'm currently knitting the pressed flower jumper and have the socks just started. Unfortunately I've had to start the socks again as they were too tight!

Love the socks. I have knitted a Pressed Flowers Hat. I went up a needle size and the hat came out too big. I frogged it and bought a different yarn to knit another one. I also have the Pressed Flowers Shawl pattern and the yarn to knit it. Not enough time to knit everything.

I knit the pressed flowers hat soon after it came out was that a year ago or more? I knit it around Christmas time in red and green, very traditional Christmas colours, but perfect because of the spring like pattern, it isn't over the top Christmasy, I wear it quite often on windy walks. I have the cardigan pattern and the shawl pattern as well. But, I think her quilty cardigan may be one of my next cast on's. Though I'm in a bit of a go to knitting mode right now because of all the things happening at once in our family's life. Miss seeing your vlogs!
