It would be help if you could do a video on replacing the belt with a new one. The pulley slides off the bottom pulley easily but not from the upper pulley Thanks

Just put together my new coronet herald. Please help, the spindle seems loose, when I grab the hand wheel it "clunks" left and right like there is quite a bit of slop in the bearings. Is this normal??? I tried turning a small bowl and it is annoying having it clunk back and forth when there is no tailstock pressure. I thought these lathes were high quality?
