Would have to correct you there serious Trivia, Divorce is not just a mouse click and losing abit of gold. Its a tedious, long drawn out process that leave you also financially comatose. Especially in the country you reside in. The lawyers are making a killing over there.
Serious Trivia : "It will be a new tutorial campaign with shorter videos and more editing." Serious Trivia : 59 min video Me : At least it's less than 1h this time
The aim is to keep them all around 30 minutes. This one got out of hand as there was too much to cover just from one character panel. In regards to editing, I don't intend to cut out any of the game play. I just meant the timestamps and youtube chapters which was a pain to do for this one due to length as well lol
@@SeriousTrivia I just want to say that exactly this is so extremely endearing, I have played a LOT of different games over the year and I have yet to find a youtuber who is so extremely passionate about their work as you are. You are fantastic.
Amazing detail for these tutorials, I am so glad I came across these videos, well done bud. I already have lots of hours into this game but I still haven't wrapped my head around all the little details, these videos are a godsend!
Brand new to Total War, but loved Dynasty Warriors and thought this would be an interesting game. Thanks for making the tutorial so approachable and easy to digest!
Great Videos! Got started with 3K last Week and wanted to dive in the depths of the game. As i only played Shogun 2 long time ago these Videos are the perfect place to help me understand the game. Thank you!
I love the TW games, but I am usually poor at "understanding" all the nuances that will make the game better. Love your vids. The information + the history combo is amazing.
Got the game in late August this year and already have a couple of hundreds of hours in it and I must say that my biggest disappointment (leaving aside the bugs, crashes etc) was me getting baited by the art of the "non-generic" characters and that most of the time the character models rarely or loosely resembled it (being a big Dynasty Warriors fan it really saddened me xD) and the fact that getting a trait can ruin perfect relations between generals, but other than that great guide and keep up the good work.
heyya! i just noticed something wonky with(unmodded, 190) gong sun zan. his white horse fellows(medium) have 150upkeep while his white horse raiders(light) are 270upkeep. do you think this is a bug? it seems wonky that the upgraded version has _half_ the upkeep!
I have discussed this in the unique unit tier list. The 1.5.0 patch change to upkeep cost seem to have forgotten the white horse fellows and now they are insane value compared to their lighter counterparts.
cao song and cao ren aren't the greatest example of generic characters. It's just kinda funny because if you're a faction full of unique characters, all the generic looking one become unique looking too, cuz they're the only one that not a legitimate unique lol
Your vids are a great example why the algorithm is busted. By far the most detailed tutorials, but buried by the search for whatever reason. Also do u speak mandarin or cantonese fluently? Your pronunciation seems so natural!
I'm turning that speed at 2.0 because there is just too much explaination and trivial information about every single little detail. I was looking forward to getting some good info to get a good start of the game, but the info is way too thick. I wish I would enjoy it, as it's really thorough, but I get exhausted and frustrated from all the frivolous comments when I'm just trying to get a basic understanding to play the game. For example, I had to pause at 37:59. Instead of saying "the skill tree will sometimes change depending on your faction, you go on and on and on about details about how different groups have different skills, different DLCs have different skills" and on and on...
So in terms of damage and armor piercing damage, is it best to get retinues and general weapons with high armor piercing? Since armor piercing is true damage, it seems like normal damage is kind of obsolete. This would make generals with high evasion and armor piercing damage thre best duelists right?
I have two generals that are in the same army but they do not get a long. How do I split them apart or build their relationship? I don't know why I can't split armies in this game, in previous total war games it was much easier. its like when one general leaves the whole army goes with them.
units are part of a general's retinue in three kingdoms. it is a different system than previous games. Armies can only be split with generals taking their own retinues with them
Please please do a unit guide and a retinue guide. I can't figure out if Ji infantry should be my main force in the army or not. Also, should I strictly stick to the color guide and only give red units to red generals? Or not?
