A look at the Kobalt 24v jigsaw from #kobalttools (note this was filmed in 2021/22) Bosch T-Blade set with case (affiliate link, helps support this channel) amzn.to/3rb1YnK
I purchased this unit last month. I did a couple of test cuts, and I am satisfied with the performance and quality, especially since it was on sale for $100. I have a feeling they will have these on clearance later this summer, as I suspect that a new model is around the corner.
At one time, I really liked Kobalt tools. I still have a cordless 24V Die Grinder. But It's been awhile since I used it. This vid made me want to get it out again.
Good review. I just got this saw recently and it seems to work well. Nice perpendicular cuts on plywood at the 90 degree setting and a decent finish, even with the course factory blade. World of difference from the inexpensive corded Black and Decker I've used for years! Love the T-shank blades.
I love mine. After my rigid broke, I got a ryobi. B4 days it broke and got an exchange. Nine days later that broke. Got the Kobslt, built so much better, not like a toy
Nice review. I’ve been hoping for a barrel grip jig saw from Kobalt or a refresh of this saw with better ergonomics and fit and finish. I need to replace my broken, corded jig saw and was always hoping if the time came, kobalt would have a new model out.
