MaxaMillion711 Thank you for the amazing highlight real my friend. I’m going to miss hearing all about this mans brilliance in his crafts. God bless the nine victims. I pray we all come to appreciate life for the precious thing it is. God bless you all. Jesus loves you so dearly❤️ John 3:16 King James Version (KJV) 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Matthew 11:28-29 King James Version (KJV) 28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
Go watch Jordan '87-'88 season, Averaged 35ppg while being the best defensive player in the NBA. Also added 7.3rpg 5.8apg 2.6spg 1.8bpg on 54% shooting. Kobe was a BEAST that season but Jordan was a MONSTER!!!
@@JaeThaGemini no it doesn't have anything to do with LeBron, but people got to put LeBron better than Kobe, I love the comment cuz he cannot do footwork like Kobe, he can't even carry Kobe's luggage
Am I the only one who often wonders what Kobe's legacy could have been if the Lakers didn't waste his prime years? They couldn't even put decent players next to him or at the bear minimum 1 other All Star next to him. Kobe's PRIME PRIME in my opinion was 02-08 by the time they gave him Gasol he was in the later years of his prime & still delivered 3 straight Finals with 2 Rings. If Kobe would of had an All Star team mate after Shaq left I honestly believe the majority of people would be talking about Kobe being the Goat with 7+ Rings.
my Kobe what ifs.. -05 to 07 lakers wasted the prime years off this man so imagine if jkidd or garnett went to the lakers.. -08 if lakers won game 4 it could've gone diff and gotten a chance to win that title? just reaching lol -11 lakers just peaked too early cause we were primed for a three peat and that game 1 against the mavs we were so close to winning it would've changed the series. -12 cp3 trade goes thru then forsure kobe-cp3 backcourt would dominate and compete for a title. -13 and beyond Kobe would've had the lebron type longevity if that fateful Achilles night never happened. but everything happens for a reason haha. the man is still my goat.
Imagine if Kobe had lebron's physical health or if lebron had Kobe's mentality. Shows me how important the mind is because I think Kobe is the better player.
Lebron had the mentality game 6 vs boston, and in the 2016 finals. But I agree, if he had kobe's mentality he'd have more rings, 2011 and 2014 would have ended differently.
@@yobro6053 While you can put this conv with Lebron you cant do that with Mj,Kobe or KD these guys were/are thin they just put their asses on the gym and work hard
This is straight up basketball poetry. There’s a beauty in the way both Kobe and Jordan played. I hate watching the game nowadays where u have guys like harden pounding the ball for 20 seconds and doing screen roll with the 3 other guys spotting up at the 3 pt line. Effective? Yes. Fun to watch? Hell no!
This is 2019 ,still post kobe's highlight, which means there is no one in the league can satisfy fans' insparition as kobe, what a shame to today's NBA
Kobe Bryant(Rest In Peace😰) was a day STILL is the greatest SHOT CREATOR of all time. Endless move to score on you, he doesn’t need to be open to shoot, he don’t need to be flashy handle to get pass opponents. Man dawg I wish he played longer.
Man I could watch Kobe play all night. He’s the only player I’d watch every game they played with Mike a close 2nd. There was nothing like watching Kobe. He made the impossible possible. I saw Mike do some wild shit then I saw Kobe do even wilder shit and he did it against some of the best SGs in NBA history.
Nobody operated from the elbow like kobe, played a span of games with his left hand (right shoulder injury),championships with a broken shooting finger, competed at a high level through personal controversy, defended the best players & pgs 94 feet, kobe was different
Only player to have 3 seasons where he advanced his team to the finals where all 8 teams in his conference had 50+ wins. All 4 teams he faced had 50+ wins. 01 08 10
Nobody does it better than Kobe, he's the greatest. In his prime, Kobe said "you can't guard me" he's right nobody can guard him. He has fancy footwork like Muhammad Ali, oh man he's on a roll. Great to see him play. MaxaMillion711, we appreciate this video of young Kobe Bryant, he got it going on. Mamba in his Prime, always one step ahead of everybody. Man, he's smoking hot. RIP Mamba!
I got Klay's robot jumper as 2nd but Kobe's fade away/jumpshot has got to be the most satisfying jumper in League history I always loved how he shot straight at the rim with little to no arc definitely signature Kobe
Emmanuel Brako you’re an idiot this comment was posted 1 year ago Kobe’s death was not 1 year ago she said this before he died and she/he has their own opinion nobody knows what would’ve happened if a prime Kobe and prime Jordan played in the same time they both would’ve gave each other a run for money I can guarantee you that
Kobe could do everything at a high level. Shoot, finish, defend, pass, handle, rebound. All of it. Plus his mentality & work ethic were unmatched. & he’s one of the most clutch players ever. RIP BEAN!
@@joestuehmer7967 which is why stats doesn't tell the whole story, james haren hogged the ball, played at higher pace, no impact on d, jacks up 3's, never wins a chip ever
Kobe's fire into the net overtime and a slam dunks for the LA Lakers with a huge hits. Beautiful pass so much fun for the Lakers. What a Monster Jam!!! 👍👍👍✌✌💯💯💯💯 KOBE!!!!!!!!!
When you watch Kobe play you actually wish to go out and play. You don't get the same emotion with Lebron. More kids were inspired to play by watching Kobe, that's for sure.
I can't believe media says Harden is just as good offensively. Harden is either step back 3 or drives left. Kobe had step back, fade away, post fadeaway, jump hooks, pull ups, acrobatic layups, jab steps, footwork. Harden is NOWHERE near Kobe offensively skilled
@@chriscarter2539 but Kobe did not try to intentionally manipulate the referees to call the foul, if Kobe or MJ were fouled its because their opponents couldn't guard them not because they tried to trick the referees. Any individual that knows the game of basketball or that can clearly comprehend what they're watching would know that. Have you seen James Harden post someone up and turn over either shoulder for the fade away or hook shot? Have you seen James Harden utilize footwork in the paint? The man gets criticism for traveling every game and you're here defending the man. Completely asinine.
I fucking cried today. This is prime prime Kobe right here. I almost forgot how dominate he was. This is right after Shaq left so Kobe was allowed to really let loose and play his game. Kobes put on the muscle. So explosive. RIP.
Its freaking crazy how guys want to be flashy and have Kyrie’s handles like if you look at the greatest scorer of all time you see how Kobe dominates by using basic moves to breakdown the defense and was killing the era of the mid 2001-2016 this is why he’s gonna always be my favorite player cause he’s so skilled and difficult to guard man
Incredible, unmatched talent absolutely WASTED on a pathetic roster (with few exceptions). Those of us who respect Kobe's work ethic have probably been in similar situations in our own ways, and I'd bet our irritation PALES in comparison to Kobe's frustration. What a phenomenal athlete!
Odom was the only player who was at best good. Halfway thru the 3rd of 81 pt game Lamar was 0 for 1 FT, 0 pts, 0 rebs, 0 assists, somehow Kobe still won.
@@quirinogarza7381 bro Odom at his best changed the game for players that big and could handle. If anything he was just inconsistent but he had big games when he was right
@@lioninthesun I loved LO don't get me wrong, but saying he was the best of that group, isn't saying much... That said he had the biggest heart. He could take over and was even great at times...
The Colorado Incident is the main reason why Kobe didnt win MVPS which is a media award anyways . it was pretty clear Kobe was the greateat player in the world around this time.
That year at philly iggy did a good job on Kobe and pissed him off then when philly came to la Kobe told him he'd get 50 and ended up with 48 with 4 minutes left and had mercy on him and that's why iggy just said hes harder to guard than lebron
@UCsfJSYNKKiS7RLrrK0l6aiA easy I know, that's a healthy Kobe. Imagine Kobe with lebron's career health or lebron with kobes mentality. Kobe was one player who could beat a team
I've only watched about 1:26 and I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that you put this together. My 2nd fav player of all time. As I do not have to tell you who the first is. But this right here. His foot work, spacing off the dribble, shot and layup package are incredible to watch. Especially when you do the old school vintage editing software. Anyway can't wait for the other 5 as ive only gotten to a minute and a half lop
Boy would I pay to watch 05-06 kobe vs 87-89 mj that shitd be a blood bath i still wish him nd lbj woulda met in the finals lbj got better stats nd all but between those lines in the finals idk my guap on 24
Man shoutout to my Man Kobe.. REST IN peace Brotha..imagine if Kobe didnt get injured 2012 to 2016? How much more can he accomplish? No. 1 in points? Another Ring? Damn brotha.
That was my favourite season, i was 5 years old and i only watched a few matches of him that season but i have a very good remember of that season of Kobe
@@pablo2723 I started to watch NBA seriously around that season as well. We both missed Kobe's number 8 career, but 24 isn't bad at all. Those fadeaway shots, those hustle in both ends, and those deadly clutch performance. It was his prime time from my perspective
NO ONE gives Kobe his flowers now days, PRIME Kobe was something to watch.. you had to be there.. sadly just only when he passed away.. everyone was a “FAN”
If this Team was on the east, He would have took this team to the Finals, then would have faced the Mavs. And the Lakers has a winning record vs the Mavs in the 05-06 season and even dropped 62 in 3qtrs on them.
No he won't. No way they beat Detroit or Miami. I guess you forgot how he shot the Lakers out of the finals in 2004 and was trash in 2008 6/19, 9/26, 8/21, 7/22 in a 39 point loss 🤦♂️. Kobe was overrated
Your delusional if you think Kobe was overrated and you named one series he was bad in like please plenty of all time greats have had a bad playoff series but what about Kobe playoff run in 2008, 2009, and 2010 when he was dominating and lead the lakers to three straight finals and winning 2 of them
You actually didn't watch the full video. Mid range jumpers are bad shots? Most of the shots were mid range turn arounds. When Steph takes half court 3's would you call those bad shots?
leBabyBoy if you played basketball you would know. Those are all his spots and when he gets in position there’s nothing anyone can do about it.. reason for the success..
I just today realized the highlights I watched were him not in his prime and I was like godman if he games were like this not in his prime how good would he be in his prime and the answer is top 3 of all time
