I mean, in this case, she had a good reason to cancel on Joe, and she is mostly oblivious (as well as naive) to what her brother is doing when Joe tries to go out with her. Especially, in this instance when she told Billy about their movie date and genuinely thought that he wanted to be great friends with Joe, knowing nothing about what he was really going to do when he got to where Joe is.

I feel you man, ngl. I was expecting the ending to be something more emotional, which is going to involve the Bogards’ dad. As we all know, Verse releases souls of death characters after its defeat in XIV (which explains why the Orochi gang comes back to life). I bet Jeff Bogard is one of those resurrected characters. So, instead of having their ending being a sitcom, why not have Terry and Andy meet their long deceased dad? Imagine how emotional it would be, considering how devastated Terry and Andy were when Jeff was killed. Anyway, it’s just my thoughts and expectation. As much as I like Fatal Fury, I guess we can't expect too much anymore since Terry, Andy, and Joe ain’t the main guys for a verryyy long time. KOF, for the most part, has always been about Kyo and Iori (even in the games where they aren’t the main characters).

Mai and Andy finally officially started dating in KOF XIV bro.
