How can they feel safe? Also, movies like Kabir Singh and Animals generalized violence and rape of women as normal and the criminals who commit that crime is held as hero's.

The Court should observe how the mob of secen thousand gathered without the knowledge of the police; these kind of hooliganism is very dangerous for the democracy and the security of the public. The Court should take stringent steps to alleviate the fear and the stress of the doctors even the people are terrified by this heinous crimes on women.🙏

In Shrimati's murder case in Tamil Nadu even court showed it's ferociousness at victim's family.Culprits side was so powerful.Till now the culprits' side is successfully ensuring that victim's side don't get access to the main evidences for proceeding with the trial part.Unless justice for Srimathi is not ensured,the current agitation in recent case and achieving judicial justice will be incomplete 😢

The criminal Roy may be murdered by the real big criminals behind him . He may be even encountered. Very dangerous state. He must be taken to some other neighboring state. Otherwise this case will become more complicated.
He is the solicitor general of WB. Also, even if he is evil he needs a representative. Without a lawyer he cannot be prosecuted. We try to give equal representation to everyone in court. Also, mostly because the lawyer has a family to feed. It's his duty as a lawyer to save his client just as it's duty of a medical professional to save lives.

The murder could have taken place someplace and the victim transferred to the location.. considering that if its a seminar room how is that nobody heard the commotion.. besides how can anyone access the seminar room without official access.. i.e hospital staff is complicit in the task and all should be charged irrespective of negligence and suspended..

Principal and supdt should hv been sent on compulosry leave . It was not good admn decision to transfer the principal to another when probe was going on . We do not know about superintendent

Chief Justice has rightly observed. Had Sandeep Ghosh really not extra powerful his resignation would not have been regreted and given reward posting in National Medical College. Earlier also in two occasions transfer order of Sandeep Ghosh from R.G Kar Medical College withdrwan within a week period.
Providing full protection may not be possible all the time but the punishment should be so gruesome that the people with bad intentions would not want to do the crime.
Please let CBI to hold custody of Sandip Ghosh to give him permanent protection in jail. He must feel fear for his life .... he is not safe at all alone. Justice will be served in both ways.
