Kollyva by Maria and Eliza for the church  

Anyone can modify the proportions of Ingredients for the "kollyva" as they wish. For the usual "kollyva" we used a) 1 kg of wheat, b) 1½ kg of sesame c) 1 cup of anise, 150g. d) 1100g pomegranate. e) 400g raisins. g) Half a kilo of almond souls.
For a tray with silver dragees you also need: h) 150 to 200g ground quinces (chickpeas). i) 100 - 150g powdered sugar. j) Silver candies
