Like India Kerala too is different from South , central and Northern parts , the slang of Malayalam changes from district to district ! In fact there much to explore in each and every region. South is generally kovalam beach , Padmanabhaswamy temple, verkala etc. central is Kochi , Alleppy , Kumarakom , Munnar , but when it comes to culture and art forms then it will be North Kerala like theyyams , some unique temples , coffee plantations , and of course the Malabar food spread place like Mahe ( Used to be a French colony) sadly tourists go only to south and central ..

I moved to Europe like a year ago and I miss Kerala (home) so much. I got so invested in the video that I literally blew on the rice for Doh, assuming that it's most definitely hot. 😆 Well, he still ended up burning his hand.

Great positive attitude and great VLOG! I'm sure someone would have told by now - the way to eat rice with the hand is use four fingers(other than the thumb ) like a spoon to scoop up the rice and and take it to mouth (the fingertips facing the mouth) keeping the thumb behind the food and then use the thumb to push the food into the mouth. Also separate that mig mound of rice into smaller mounds and mix the main entrees (like sambhar) with the rice thoroughly . You take a little bit of the various mukbang placed at the top portion of the leaf one at a time and eat them with rice & sambhar, Rice and other main entree/dishes (like that buttermilk one). The pappad (the big circular one) can also be had by breaking a mall piece & have it with each bite.

another tip is with Kerala meal which is usually Vegetarian you can ask for specials as add on so maybe they will have some fresh fry ( Seer fish) or Beef Pork Chicken depending on the place and knowing Korean can definitely handle some spice. :)
