Ingredients (for 2 )
★ flour 150g (If you have Korean pancake powder, please replace it )
★ Tempura powder 100g
250 ml of water
★ 1 egg powder
Seafood mix as you like
1 bunch of leek
False sauce
☆ 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
☆ 2 tablespoons of vinegar
☆ 2 tablespoons of water
☆ 1/2 tbsp sesame
☆ 1/6 onion (optional)
① Put ★ and mix well
② Put leek into ① and mix.
③ Put 3 tablespoons of salad oil in a frying pan
④ When the frying pan is warm, bake only the leek.
⑤ Put a little Korean pancake dough into the gap
(*Please add less dough to make it crispy)
⑥ Put seafood on top
⑦ Put the dough even on the seafood.
⑧ Basically, when baking, press firmly with a spatula
⑨ Turn over and pour 1 tablespoon of oil from around.
10 Both sides are completed when the color is good
(Ideal to turn it over once. If you overdo it, the seafood may not stick to Korean pancake.)
