I used to sell this kind of homemade icecream years ago and kids really loved it. Made various of flavors; mango, ube, choco, mocha, vanilla, cookies 'n cream so good. Glad you guys liked this dessert 😍

Even from the start, these guys have been making the food or dessert they try by themselves which is why I like their content.

That flavor is usually called here in PH as “cookies and cream”. Try to make an avocado ice cream, it’s really the best! Though I know that you kinda don’t like avo though. Hehe. Just suggested it. If u use an electric blender, to mix the heavy cream and condense milk, for 15 mins. It double the volume. And it is more fluffy & creamy when frozen.

Yes, you can definitely use the recipe with other flavors like mango and strawberry. If you can find a can of fruit cocktail, use that and you'll get fruit salad ice cream!

I suggest you to make "Mango Graham (mango float) too" it's so delicious it is one of the best desserts here in the Philippines, and it's also too easy to make.

I used to make any homemade ice cream flavors depends on the available fruits..Ube ice cream, Avocado with or without Peanut butter, Mango Cheese, Papaya, Melon..and I made here in Mindanao the Durian Milk Cheese ice cream (you can not describe the taste ^_^) I used to cook milk (all goods in can) before I mix it to the fruit subject. You can try on the milk in can brand "Jersey" it have Ube, Chocolate, and Mango flavored milk and will enrich the taste of your prospect ice cream. Home made Fruit Salad is easy as Oreo ice cream too. You just need 3 ingredients Fruits cocktails in canned(mixed of different fruits) All purpose cream and condensed. Mix together and you have Fruit Salad 😍🤗 I just made one earlier 😅

I make ice cream with the same ingredients.I'd mix mine every 2 hours until it's ready to set and let it freeze continuously. It will always turn out great.I am not so sure though if that'll help make it less hard in terms of texture, the freezer's temp might have something to do with it as well.

I personally like mango ice cream and also cheese! Same procedure as that, just replace the oreo w/ mango or cheese. Or any other fruit/flavor that you want ^^

You can also try salted caramel ice cream. In the Philippines there is actually a Milkfish ice cream from Pangasinan.

If ever you would want to make a mango ice cream, i think it would taste great if you include a caramel. Like drizzle it around the cream and do not over mix it. Then the mango should be like either sliced or somewhat thin.

I think you can use a blender in whipping the cream and mixing in the condensed milk, then you can add in the cookies by hand

Just remember guys before you whip the all purpose cream and the condensed milk you should chill it in the fridge overnight so it wouldn't be so hard for you to whip it and to make it doubled.
