Yes many foreigners said don’t like sour food but when they taste the Filipino sinigang they become addicted to it. Sinigang pork, fish, shrimp are really good and that is the one of my favourite food . If I am craving sinigang I cook it specially like now here in Canada are in cold season, best to eat with soup food.Make the body feel warm.

Pork Ribs Sinigang not the belly) is my favorite. There should be a lot of gabi (taro) so that the soup is thicker. Eat it with steaming rice and a bit of bagoong. Oh my gosh. I also like Kinamatisang Pork Riibs. This is pork ribs cooked in tomato and redish. It is so good. It is a bit sour also so I think you will like it. Other cold weather Filipino dishes : Chicken Tinola and Chicken Arrozcaldo I hope you guys try cooking the dishes again.

Sinigang is really good for hangover also bulalo.

We usually dip the shrimp/pork in fish sauce(patis) with green chili (sili) to mix the saltiness of patis and sour tamarind soup merge in our mouth when we eat sinigang.

Try sinigang sa miso. If you like fish you will like it too.

Sinigang is better with dipping sauce on the side,, try fish sauce or patis in tagalog with chili's ☺️
