i LOVE honey butter anything. There is a Japanese chip brand called Calbee that makes honey butter chips and whew i cant keep those in the house. i wanna make these fries.

Having them in the freezer makes it ridiculous. Thank goodness I can only fit a small amount on a baking sheet in the freezer at once. Even bagging them, the cooling process is a challenge.
