Tteokbokki is Korean spicy stir-fried rice cake and it's really popular in Korea for a snack 🌶
It's really easy to make and delicious.
◎Ingredients
・Rice cake: 200g
・Fish cake: 90g
・Green onion: 1/2
・Garlic: 1
● Water: 300ml
● Gochujang: 1 tbsp
● Sugar: 1 tbsp
● Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
●Chilli Pepper: 1 tsp
◎ Directions
1.Chop garlic, cut the green onion obliquely and slice fish cake thinly
2. Put the all of ingredients into a small frying pan.
3. Stir occasionally while cooking
◎ TIP
・If it's over boiled, just add more water
・Unlike its appearance, it's not spicy, but if you're worried, it's also delicious to try making it without chili pepper
