The other guy featuring is Daddy Yankee he is a popular Puerto Rican. That location is most likely Puerto Rico but most Latin American countries including Mexico have villages that look like that. Mexico is very topical around the coast area. (some people who think they know Mexico only know it by stereotypes and not know it's true amazing appearance.) Reggaeton, music is very popular among the Latin youth who also listen to it here in the U.S usually it's a mixture of artist from Latin America coming together to collaborate :)
