I do work with this kind of keyboards often, and I found two PA 50 SD keyboards do have same issue. both of these keyboards do have very low sound. what I did for one of those keyboard is changing the mother board. then it started to work fine. the low sound issue was not there anymore. now my problem is changing motherboard is costly. if I can do simple component changing like you did it will be way cheaper. But then I argue like this., if it was a amplifier related problem how It stated to work fine when i changed the mother board. please help me to solve this issue

Sir, My korg pa50sd sound gets off and on simultaneously from both left and right speakers. But little sound from heaphones and sometimes sound gets low in headphones and no sound from output also. Please reply
I have problem with right side speaker 'getting very low sound'. I checked both speaker and amplifier are working good. can you please explain. Thank you.
Sorry for delay in reply as i am not getting notification of comments replied. in the video i have replaced the transistor and mentioned about a diode beside the transistor , isolate that diode and check, also download the datasheet of output amplifier IC and check for voltages of IC legs match datasheet details, if not replace the IC and check.
Varón ayúdeme tengo un teclado igualito lo prendo aveces suena medio minuto y dedos se keda silencio no suena en los parlantes .. Ni tampoco suena en consola . Pero en la salida k es para audífono si sale pero demasiado despacio. Será la misma falla k ese hermano..???

Hi there! I have korg pa900 and afther an half hour of playing it's just there is no sound nor the speakers nor line out nor headphones. Afther turning off and let to cool down start it again it work normally about an30min and there no sound again what it can be
Hi, It's really very difficult to say without checking the device personally but basic thing is to reset the device and if that doesn't work, then check the output voltage from adapter (integrated but independent,15V 3A) when there is no sound o/p. Check whether the mainboard is overheating or AC power adapter is overheating after 30min (as you mentioned). If mainboard is overheating then need to check which component is overheating and why. If power supply is faulty then it needs to be repaired or replaced. Hope this will be helpful. Thank you, have a GOODTIME....

I contact couple of services here in my state and they told me that it can't be fixed they told me that there is processor making problems in the main board and there is no parts for to replace. Am so sad to har that. I have an pa500 that work just fine but it's an limited option... have a nice day or night 🙂
@@GOODTIMEStechhi again i find an pa80 it work fine but afther some time the sound is going lower almost dissapier and afther punching with hand it goes to the normal. What it can be maybu some contacts loosing connection or what? Thanks in advance
Hi, first of all try removing all connectors and reconnect , clean them if any corrosion, if this doesn't solve then check for faulty capacitors and replace , some times noise is generated if ground connection from one PCB to Other has failed so reconnecting all connectors firmly is necessary. o meu esta faltando 4 reguladores na placa dos jacks e esta funcionando mas nao esta lendo cartao de memória e nem esta salvando os ritmos que monto aqui,,, até salva porem ao desligar e ligar novamente adeus ritmos kk...pode ser por causa dos 4 reguladores? a sim esta faltando um regulador na da fonte também ,,,kkk

Hi, it is not much complicated but if you are trying to disassemble for first time, it may appear a bit difficult, the problem might be the rubber pad of that one particular faulty key might be broken or it is dusty or there might be dry solder at the cable connector. if you can disassemble that particular key set with that faulty key, it can be fixed. I have pa80 and i saw that this one key sometimes work sometimes not it depends whow i push the key if i push the key in an angle it work if i push straight from the top it wont work. So may be the rubber. I wach the vid on yt where dude put graphite from simple pencil on the mark and just scrach and clean the rubber an it work.

It is not BC558. BC558 is PNP based transistor and located is next to C114. C114 you replace and as one leg is on GND it can be only NPN transistor with internal resistance implemented. I really see no point to told peoples totally wrong information.

Es la tarjeta que va junto a las salidas ahí va los componentes y se an quemado 2 y paso xq el cable de salida estuvo chocando contra el otro y quemó los TRANCITORES. No tengo a la mano pero voy a sacar el número de modelo de los mismos.👍
