Korg Volca Modular, Strymon BigSky, Digitech Whammy 5 and Sony Reel-to-Reel // Harmonic Reels

I wanted to try my old Sony reel-to-reel recorder as a delay effect so I created this little setup.
The reel-to-reel machine is on the aux send from my mixer (out of frame) and going back into the mixer on it's own bus, this allows me to feedback the delayed signal back into the recorder.
I'm using the mic pre for extra dirt.
The Korg Volca Modular is repeating a one note sequence that is modulated every step. I'm using the Digitech Whammy in Harmony mode to create a simple melody. The Strymon BigSky is used on the second aux send and is used in cloud mode.

Are using the Sony for delay as well as saturation?

The reel-to-reel is running on low speed and is connected to an aux send so it's basically a very large (and limited)delay effect. I'm also saturating the delayed audio by overdriving the pre-amp and by sending the delayed audio back into the reel-to-reel recorder. I use the BigSky on both the wet and the dry signal (via another aux send) to glue it all together. I hope this clarifies the signal chain.
