Korone after falling in lava: "Atsui! It's hot!!!" Korone after a mushroom poisons her: "Atsui! It's hot!!!" Korone after an ice monster stomps on her: "Atsui! It's hot!!!"
@@nidhoggstrike when I was younger and in high school around the 2000-2010, AMV creators put 10x more effort with their cuts/flashing/editing Seriously they did, just watch the old anime AMVs and megaman AMVs, its great!
@@drakke125Channel Oh, Iremember, I was there too. But clipping is another THING, it 's not supposed to be Alv or YTP (RU-vid poop, remember those?) I' d say that what makes one type of content good doesnt necessarily make other types of content good. I don't WANT my clippers make crazy speedcuts like in AMV Hell.
When I first saw the reveal trailer for the remaster, I thought the changes were minimal because it was more or less how I remembered it. One comparison video later, I was way off.
@@franks777_KFP The gamecube version DID look better back then, because it wasn't being stretched and artificially oversharpened sharpened for a bigger more detailed screen it was never designed for, it's not just your memory being nostalgic.
That's been a korone meme for a long time people kept teasing her cause she actually had a really high end pc... and used it to play 8 and 16 bit retro games
It's a style question, just like how the XBox, Sonic and darker, slightly "edgy" ganes like Jack 2 never did well in the country. It's also not one-way either since there are also some japanese style quirks that the west only really started to really understand in the last few years, like the character of Tingle.
Always found it odd it’s always struggled in Japan despite the series originating from there. Then the one time they tried hard to more heavily cater to a Japanese audience with Other M they didn’t really please anyone. I legit wonder if that’s why now Nintendo just has Western studios handle development of the games while Japanese producers oversee (with the “mainline” entries now in the care of Spanish studio MercurySteam with series co-creator Yoshio Sakamoto as producer, and the Prime series being made by the American studio Retro with the producer role being Kensuke Tanabe).
@@IllusiveDev Yes, but only the Prime games are FPS. Every Metroid that isn’t a game with “Prime” in the name is a side scroller, and the majority of them were made in Japan too.
Glory to the space pirates. And the doggo god ❤ how is she so entertaining just by reacting? Can't wait to see her progress and how she fares against Ridley and prime
Woah, you can tell Korone truly has a diverse taste when she even cared to play Metroid, specially considering how little of a shit Japan as a whole gives about Metroid
a bunch of stuff was left untranslated...most of this is just Korone Noises, not really an actual highlight reel, at least mark it as a Korone Noises video next time
@@Slain087 Thanks. I haven't played the remake, but I remember that the original trilogy didn't have any spoken dialogue at all until the third game. It seems strange they would add English voices for other regions, though. I don't think it would really benefit them at all, would it?
@@01100101011100100111 I believe it was also there for the EU release, including the UK. There was a lot of VO that was meant to be in the original US release that got cut for various reasons, some of which was reincorporated in later versions.
@@01100101011100100111 Worth mentioning too is that Prime Remastered's the only version that lets you toggle the added voice acting. The North American Wii release, which otherwise brought over the changes from the later GameCube releases, had almost all of the added voice lines forced off, and vice versa for other regions. Remastered's defaults mostly line up with how each region of the Wii version handled it. I'm not the biggest fan of the intro and ending narration, but I tend to stick with Full for the added Power Suit voice lines.
