A minor quibble: Trevor shouldn't have been able to equip the Solemn, since it had Shroud, thanks to the Angel.

I hadn't noticed Moritte during spoiler season, but that might be the next iteration of my Mistform Ultimus deck.

I have an Omnath, Locus of Creation deck that I would love for you try. This is the first time I've seen my favorite jellybean being played. This variant anyway.

Wow nice 4c lands deck! I've been crafting a Kynaios and Tiro 4c landfall deck, and being able to swap in and out omnath as a commander is sweet.

horde of notions and omnath creation are two of my favorite decks also!!! they are elementals but they have so different gameplay and that makes it interesting for me. personally, I feel that omnath is the more aggressive between the two but you could get quickly targeted by the whole table, while horde of notions kinda build resource and swings with an army later on in the game, so it didn't build animosity from the table early in the game. I enjoy playing both decks.

Hmmm couldn't bombardment have killed visionary to at least attempt to slow, stop the combo? PS. I know that Harry was so far ahead in mana and setup but you know, gotta try it

Slight mistake I think the ruling on the ashaya stop that bord whip because it said or be cause the are still considered lands lol

Clone decks are cool, but the mechanics sometimes bored the table to death :(

My 4 color omnath just goes nuts most of the time, I play it with only 3 pieces of interaction but get turn 4 turn 5 wins most of the time, lemme know if you want to see the list I have it on manabox, titania plus Risen reef and 2 color omnath is nuts, titania and Risen reef plus sylvan safekeeper/any sac land outlet is good, I keep a kozilek for mill protection, valakut exploration is a good wincon, I try and not use any normal combos that everyone uses because it feels cheap to me, the deck hasn't let me down so far so yeah

I saw Moritte in the video title and got super excited that Andrew decided to "upgrade" his mistform deck. He did not... :(

I love Zurgo Helmsmasher so much as a commander. Here's some cool facts about him: There is no way to get 7 hasted power out of the command zone, let alone all the other stuff he does, for less or equal mana. 7 power is the break-even power for commander damage, where higher power has diminishing returns (takes the same number of attacks to kill an opponent), up until 11 power. It is also a factor of 21. Meaning, adding power to Zurgo is meaningless if you don't add 4 (or higher), and each time you double it in some way, it reduces the clock to kill an opponent by 1. This really affects your decision making when choosing cards/equipment for him. Trample and Vigilance are meaningless words, as they hardly change the clock and Zurgo is a shit blocker anyway, and instead Double Strike, unblockable and effects like Fear, Protection and Menace become much more relevant. This is also why Swords of X and Y are just so strong on him, as they cover multiple bases and benefit from double strike. Also, Sunforger and any source of Double Strike instantly kills a player that can't block. Mardu is an amazing color identity for a sunforger package, allowing you to cover so many situations with it.

Honestly cant say I’m a fan on the new omnath even in landfall decks, though the life gain is a good way to stay in the game longer I guess.

Yeah, Korvold is interesting because of card draw, but Prossh can kill someone with temur battle rage, beastmaster ascension and tainted strike/chandra's ignition Hope to see him soon on the thumb nail.

4c omnath is more an acquired taste commander for landfall strats, I built mine as an omnath tribal for the lulz

4 color Omnath is my least favorite Omanth deck to play. I'm probably going to shelf mine and wait till he gets his 5th color

Ryan could win with his combo in the same tourn, after cyc rift he had enough mana for grumgully and the goblin bombardment

That has to be the least useful method to attach equipment that I've seen. I also put my equipment/auras UNDER the target card, but I keep the TOP of said equipment/aura visible so the titel/art can be seen. But I've also seen folks put their auras/equipment on top of the creature, which is almost as bad as this (but not quite). :)

It seems that your group is very light on removal There is no chance a copied lotus cobra would last more than one turn in my playgroup. Than again my Omnath has 44 lands and seems much more aggresive(it is not cedh and might even be cheaper than your list). It seems to me, you should run more lands in landfall strategies.

I swapped my own Korvold for Prossh. I like him more in the end.

For future reference it’s Omnath who deals 4 damage to each creature and planeswalkers so it’s commander damage
