Kosciuszko NP - Cootapatamba Circuit 

A circuit of the beautiful area beyond Mt Kosciuszko.
Spring 2023 #15 (Final) : Etheridge Peak - Lake Cootapatamba - Cootapatamba hut - Circuit of the Twin Humps area - Mt Kosciuszko summit - Return via the summit road to Charlotte pass.
Distance : 22 km from Charlotte pass.
Walking conditions : Tracks, alpine meadows, and snowfield crossings.
Notes : The final walk for spring '23 is a circuit of the Cootapatamba valley. This picturesque area must surely have been shaped by the grinding of glaciers. Lake Cootapatamba is the highest catchment of the Swampy Plains river.
Unfortunately a faulty power socket had the camera default to 1080p, so the images are not as sharp as they could be. In the RU-vid format, It seems better to step down from 4k to 1080p than to film in 1080p.
Simkin peak and the Twin humps are sometimes in swapped positions depending on the map being used. I just stick with the double outcrop as Twin humps.
You may notice that Etheridge is the sole peak from which Jagungal is not visible, it being obscured by Mt Twynam.
