I used to help out in an annual martial arts tournament. We had 3 people behind the table, 1 of them was responsible for the score. We'd usually give this job to one of our younger members, so usually high school kids were responsible for the score display. No one got paid of course, except for the free food and drinks.
lachlan has probably one of the best improvements ever over the past 2 years... from just a muscled up guy till a really dangerous guy he's just calm and he knows he is gonna overpower davit
awesome job lachlan. i always thought he had a freaky physique. crazy arms and just a strong demeanor. watching him improve isn't surprising to me and im kind of glad my instinct wasn't wrong lol
That was awesome. Lachlan is becoming a beast. While only training in Australia, too, is interesting and cool to see. I don't like how the camera often changes right before the go... makes you have to readjust to where the hands now are, and you miss the start while recalibrating in that moment. I like to go back and then pause after the camera change, and then play the video from there, so as I can properly see what the start of the rounds look like.
Great match and great production! One suggestion, the scorecard takes wayyyyy too much space on the screen. Rather have it smaller in the corner so the athletes can be seen.
Sportsmanship is acting respectfully the whole time. If you complain after every round, and then try to apologise with a handshake at the end, that's not sportsmanship. It's just being a bad loser.
@@humanbean3 If you think i liked my own comment, then i won't even begin to dismantle your comment. Also, pretending to know something without having any proof is weird.
winning serious tournaments is what matters. ask john brzenk. engin etc… beating some 1 off guy vs winning an entire tournament of random matches is 2 different things
What are you replying to specifically? or did you just feel like sharing? Tournaments have FAR too many variables to get a clear idea of where each athlete is at. Travis Bagent loves tournament pulling BECAUSE of that fortune element, where anything can happen. The best guy doesn't always win, for all sorts of reasons, and then someone else gets to take that title, which is cool in a way. I personally don't like it, and it also favours certain pullers, like Bagent, lol. He was made for it. I like to see adjustments, and all the rest of armwrestling come into play, because the first round is often not indicative of who is the better puller in a supermatch sense.
When they hook with their palm but instead of using their shoulder, they pull back, is this a hybrid technique? I don't know if this is a stupid question, I'm just trying to learn the sport.
Omg..Lachlan looking like that was a walk in the park..awesome.. I know if I as competing and a Dr dre. song starts..im breaking even Levans arm..haha..
I knew Lachlan had leveled up! Lets get another commentator in sry Aussie but it doesnt seem like he knows a single thing about armwrestling, just a lot of random analogies
