On my iPhone, the imagen is seen with a circle,how to remove that

I use Kowa's own adaptor for iphone 7 and I also like to take shots with the phone mounted sideways, but this tendency for the weight of the phone to twist the eyecup is a real pain (discussed about 35 mins in to the video). If Kowa are aware that the weight of the phone twists the eye relief cup out of place when mounted in landscape format (i.e. sideways) then why haven't they tightened up the eye relief cup twist mechaninism by now? Seems to me it should be a simple thing to overcome, so why hasn't it been? Even some of Kowa's own promotional videos show the iphone attached sideways when clearly the current eye relief cup isn't up to the job of doing it!!. Anyway, moan over. Apart from that thanks for the video. There where some very helpful tips in there. I think I've fallen foul of the missed focus one quite a few times. At least now I know where I'm going wrong!

at 4:54 a correction, the lowest quality component in the system is the PHONE!!! as it has the smallest lens, usually plastic!!, and with such a small surface area, full auto mode, no control, so this is the weak link, better off adapting a telescope to a dslr or sensor, that at least gets the lens set to a high Quality point, not degrading the system.
