Holy shit. This is the earliest PBS sign-off that we have footage of so far (if I'm correct).
This was seen after "Issues: Food and Population".

The voice of Torey Southwick - who stunned Kansas City when he left KMBC and very popular children's shows he hosted with "Ol' Gus" to take this Wichita job. The Roger Miller song "Kansas City Star" is thought to have been written about him.
